We will not sell or rent this information to any third party apart from our distribution partners who deliver our products to your doorstep.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

 

Shipping Policy

We charge Pkr 150 for all orders below Pkr 2000. Du’vi Stockholm offers free shipping for all exceeding the value of Pkr 2,000.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday via Blue-ex, our logistics partners.

Orders are normally delivered within 2 – 5 days depending on the location.

We offer Cash on Delivery for orders placed via our website www.duvistockholm.com.pk .

Currently, we do not offer returns for a refund. However, we can exchange for store credit or another product, given that the product is unopened and in its original packaging.

 

Damaged Goods

Please email us at orders@duvistockholm.com.pk within 7 days of receiving damaged merchandise. Keep all packaging materials, as they may be needed to file a claim with the carrier.

Lost Packages

Please email us at orders@duvistockholm.com.pk 10 days from your order if you have not received your merchandise.
